Custom Mag-Racks can be made to certain specifications; they require 1-2 weeks for production, curing, and testing of the final product. Please provide size information (L" x W"), specific requests regarding magnets (i.e. extra set of magnets, thickness of aquarium) and any other demands (i.e. color, black or white styrene egg-crate, shape, size). Original (OG) magnets hold up best in aquarium glass or acrylic up to 3/8" thick; for aquariums 1/2" thick, 3+ sets of original magnets OR super strength (SS) magnets are recommended for a stronger hold. For aquariums between 1/2" and 3/4", I recommend SS magnets (at least 3 sets). Unless specified otherwise, the amount of magnets necessary for a custom Mag-Rack to hold up in the aquarium will be determined by how many plugs the Mag-Rack can hold. The amount of frag plugs per rack is dependent on the size of the egg-crate and how many plugs that can fit evenly on "every-other" grid. Recommended magnet distribution for the amount of frag plugs and aquarium thickness recommendations are shown below:
